Stonebriar Polo Club’s Vic Ramon confirms and agrees to join in and be managed by Willow Bend Polo Club.
Willow Bend Polo Club and Stonebriar Polo Club have agreed to join forces to better serve the polo community and grow the sport in North Texas.
Vic Ramon, Owner of Stonebriar says “It is our desire to jointly market our clubs to the polo playing community to provide a better polo experience and to minimize the splitting of players between the clubs.”
“We want to provide a step-up polo program to encourage players to work towards improving their play and to provide new players with a club that can provide for all of their polo needs from one entity.” Says Robert Payne, Jr. President of Willow Bend Polo Club.
Willow Bend Polo Club is entering it’s 44th year as a member club of the Southwest Circuit of the United States Polo Association. We are located on 300 acres of land in Oak Point, Texas a suburb of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Our facilities include 2 outdoor polo fields, a 1 mile exercise track, 65 stalls and endless turnout. Our season begins April 1st and continues through October 30th with a break for the hot weather in August. We have several levels of play including the 0-2 goal Social League, 2-4 goal and 4-6 goal as well as beginner programs and instruction.
