Dear Willow Benders Players,
As we near April 30th and the possible end of the current “shelter in place” mandate for the DFW area, we want to proactively update the polo schedule so that everyone can begin to make plans to get out of the house and back on their horses. Due to the uncertainty of the lifting of the SIP and the difficulties of hiring pros who may also be in a SIP wherever they may be, we have made the decision to forgo the 8 goal spring/summer season and focus on playing some fun, competitive 4 goal 4 & 6 chukker polo AND extending our summer season by 2 weeks into July.
Although we are depending on our home based players to continue to their support of the Club’s basic financial needs, we know that some players who’s home clubs may have canceled polo entirely for the spring/summer may be looking for a place to play some polo nearby so we are adjusting our greens fees to allow for visiting players and allow those interested to pay on a monthly or Spring season basis.
